Friday, April 17 - 6 to 8:30pm - Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) and auction will take place in the Rehearsal Hall at the Tett on the second floor. As a tenant of the Tett, we are provided with a free rental of space for our AGM, which also allows us the additional space to conduct our annual auction. Our auctioneer for the event will be Paulanne Peters, assisted by David Kerr. Viewing of items to be auctioned off will begin at 6pm with the AGM and auction to follow at 630pm. Purchased items can be paid for with credit or debit as well as cash for participant convenience. The auction is open to all and is a great chance to purchase minerals, specimens, jewellery, rock slabs as well as many other items related to the rockhounding hobby. If you have items that you would like to donate, please drop them off during one of the open shop timeframes or bring them in advance of the 6pm viewing on April 17th. Our auction is one of our major fund raising events for the Club and is open to anyone who wishes to attend, however only members of the Club will be able to vote on any motions introduced during the AGM.
