Gem Storm SMS Terms of Use

These SMS Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to the Gem Storm SMS messaging program.  By subscribing to receive text messages from Gem Storm, you agree to these Terms.

1. SMS Program- When you provide your mobile phone number and consent to receive text messages from Gem Storm, you agree that we may send you SMS messages relating to Gem Storm upcoming events
2. Message Frequency – The number of messages you will receive is one per calendar year
3. Message and Data Rates – Message and data rates my apply according to the terms of your mobile phone plan.  Gem Storm is not responsible for charges imposed by your mobile carrier.
4. Opting Out- You may stop receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from Gem Storm.  After you send STOP, you may receive a confirmation message.  Following that confirmation, you will no longer receive promotional SMS messages unless you choose to subscribe again.
5. Getting Help- For assistance with the SMS program, reply HELP to any Gem Storm text message or contact us through the contact information provided on our website
6. No Purchase Required – consent to receive promotional SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing tickets to Gem Storm
7. Privacy – Your use of the Gem Storm SMS program is also subject to our SMS Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information and mobile phone number
8. Changes to the SMS Program – Gem Storm may change, suspend or discontinue the SMS program at any time.  We may also update these Terms from time to time.  Updated Terms will be posted on this website with a revised “Last Updated” date
